Rainbow Kitchen works in partnership with the Pennsylvania Vision Foundation and Vision Benefits of America (VBA) to offer uninsured/underinsured and in some instances insured individuals with a free comprehensive vision exam: a complete analysis of the eyes and related structures to determine the presence of any vision problems by a participating provider, spectacle lenses: the finest quality lenses fabricated to VBA’s exacting standards and up to $50 wholesale allowance for frames. To qualify: individuals will complete a brief application and self-declare household hold income is at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
