Case Management Services
Rainbow Kitchen offers short-term and extended Case Management to help clients address specific problems, meet immediate needs, and work to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency.
The goal of our PERSONAL PATHS program* is to provide ongoing aid to participants as they work to improve their quality of live and achieve self-sufficiency. Some of the things we can help you with:

- Create a plan to reach your goals
- Understand your strengths and what barriers stand in your way
- Connect with appropriate community resources
- Work on financial stability
- Submit SNAP, TANF, LIHEAP and Medical Assistance applications
- Overcome roadblocks to employment or better employment opportunities
- Provide SUPPORT & GUIDANCE as you work to reach your goals

Rainbow Kitchen also responds to numerous requests each month for immediate/emergency assistance. We can help by providing direct assistance, referrals, and assistance in accessing resources. We work in collaboration with a wide network of social service agencies to assist with immediate needs related to:
- Housing
- Utilities
- Employment, job training
- Material needs
- Drug & alcohol issues
- Mental health resources
- Disability/SSI benefits
- SNAP (food stamps) benefits
- Medical/dental/vision care
- Family support
